Terms summary

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use smokeshow.ai.
• Your SmokeShow account works here; keep your login private and don’t share access.
• Use smokeshow.ai for your own private entertainment. Don’t try to make characters produce prohibited content, scrape the service or resell generated media.
• Characters, images, voices and videos you receive are licensed to you for personal use.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the content rules below.

AI disclosure

Every character on smokeshow.ai is an artificial-intelligence companion. Their messages, voices, photos and videos are generated by AI systems — no human is writing to you in character chats. AI can be wrong or inconsistent; nothing a character says is professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Creator twins are AI characters based on SmokeShow creators who have signed a likeness and revenue agreement; the creator does not write the messages.

18+ and 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

All characters depicted on smokeshow.ai are fictional and computer-generated. They are depicted as adults aged 21 or older, and no character is intended to resemble a minor. AI-generated characters do not depict actual persons, so no real person was photographed or filmed to create them.

Content involving SmokeShow creators (creator twins and creator content) is produced under SmokeShow’s age-verification and record-keeping procedures. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any such content are kept by SmokeShow’s custodian of records; contact support@smokeshow.com for the custodian’s details.

Content rules

These apply to characters, chats, requests and generated media. Characters steer away from them, and repeated attempts can lead to suspension.

• Minors, age-play or any youthful framing.
• School, college, dorm or teacher–student scenarios.
• Step-family, incest or any family-member roleplay.
• Non-consent, coercion or incapacitation.
• Bestiality, scat and extreme violence.
• Real people’s likeness (except licensed creator twins).

Payments & billing

• Plans and tokens are priced in USD and paid from your SmokeShow wallet; top-ups use the cards saved in your SmokeShow wallet.
• Plans are billed up front for the period you choose and renew until you cancel. Canceling keeps your benefits until the period ends.
• Tokens are spent on media, calls, gifts, outfits, packs and episodes. Failed generations are refunded automatically.
• Charges appear under SmokeShow on your statement. For billing questions or refund requests, email support.

Privacy

We store your chats, memories, personas and generated media so characters can remember you and you can come back to them. They are private to your account and not published. We use service providers to run AI models and media generation under confidentiality terms. You can delete chats, memories and personas at any time, and delete your account from Settings.
